1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TribeHub ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• You may not share, transfer or sell your account to another person
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Listings (Businesses, Events, Jobs)

• All listings are subject to approval by our moderation team
• You must have the legal right to post the content you submit
• Listings must not be misleading, fraudulent, or violate any applicable law
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that breaches these terms without notice
• Featured and premium listings are subject to their applicable subscription terms

5. Referral Programme

• Each registered user receives one unique referral code
• Credits are awarded when a referred person creates a verified account using your referral link
• You may not self-refer or use automated means to generate referrals
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at any time
• Fraudulent referral activity will result in account termination and forfeiture of all credits

6. Payments & Memberships

Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods unless required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK law.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Post spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or phishing content
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users
• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or offensive
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Scrape or harvest platform data without express written permission
• Impersonate any person or organisation

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding and software is owned by or licensed to TribeHub Ltd. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute that content on the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated listings or continuous availability of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
